Velvet Picaso
3 ml Stone's ginger wine
30 ml Cointreau orange liqueur
30-50 ml dry ginger ale
crushed or frapped ice
garnish with slice of oranges
and mint
Pour liqueures over crushed ice into chosen glasswear.
Add dry ginger ale pouring slowly as to not agitate fizzy head.
Garnish as prefered.

or try it frapped:
pour dry ginger ale into glass.
frappe ice and both liqueurs together.
pour slowly into glass.
garnish.
